Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions about the TriumphConnected Mentorship Program. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, email contact@triumphconnected.com

  • The TriumphConnected Mentorship program begins December 2025 and ends May 2026.

  • TriumphConnected will meet different mentoring needs by offering the following between December 2025 through May 2026.

     

    • 1:1 Individual Mentoring Sessions: Mentees will meet with their individual mentors once a month to check in on mentee goals identified at the beginning of the program academic year. Mentees will also use this time to discuss any assigned projects with their mentors in preparation for larger full cohort meetings.

     

    • Full Cohort Meetings: All mentees (not mentors) will attend virtual monthly meetings focused on different topics that develop mentee leadership and career based skills.

  • Triumph mentors and mentees will meet virtually for all monthly meetings and workshops throughout the year.

  • All mentees accepted into the TriumphConnected Mentorship Program will be required to contribute $50 per year, providing them with the following:

     

    • Personalized mentorship and coaching.

     

    • Invitation-only virtual networking events with professional guest speakers, alumni, and fellow NCAA student athletes across the country.

     

    • Private access to professional and career development material presented during mentorship program workshops and additional TriumphConnected resources.

     

    • Discounted prices/special access to all TriumphConnected public events & workshops.

     

    If you are unable to pay the full dues we encourage you reach out to us at connect@triumphconnected.com and we can establish an alternative payment plan.

  • A Triumph mentor is a working professional devoted to supporting college students by sharing guidance and insight regarding career paths and personal development.

     

    A Triumph mentee will be a college NCAA student-athlete looking to learn and develop their career and personal development skills from a working professional or individual with similar interests.

  • Mentees and mentors interested in participating in the 2025 TriumphConnected Mentorship Program are encouraged to submit an application here.

    Mentor Applications close Sunday November 9, 2025 @11:59pm.

    Mentor Applications close Sunday November 16, 2025 @11:59pm.

  • Mentee(s:): All NCAA collegiate student-athletes currently attending a US based college/ university are eligible to apply for the TriumphConnected Mentorship Program. Whether you're a freshman or senior, all years are welcome!

     

    Mentor(s): Working professionals or field experts willing to help develop leadership and professional skills in future college graduates. Prior experience as a collegiate athlete is not required.

    Mentors will be required to meet monthly with their mentee to offer guidance on personal goals, challenges, and various cohort assignments.

  • All applications submitted for the TriumphConnected Mentorship Program will be reviewed. Mentees will be matched with mentors based on shared interests and career goals. We do our best to match all mentees with mentors, but not all mentees will be guaranteed a mentor. If there is no match for a particular year we encourage mentees to still attend our public workshops and encourage them to apply the following year.

     

    All selected mentees and mentors for the 2025 TriumphConnected Mentorship Program will be notified by November 23, 2025.
